Until recently we have rewarded 'doing stuff' - we feel we need to meet up with people at sites, we brag about our travels, we share where we are, who we are with and what we are doing. We post photos on Facebook and Instagram and (intentionally or not) brag about what we do. I'm guilty of this too.
...and then suddenly we were all home!
Worldwide so many people are staying indoors, by choice or legal enforcement, in an effort to combat the spread of Coronavirus Covid-19.
How do we go from doing anything and everything, to being stuck at home? How do we have fun? How do we stay productive? How do we measure success? Do we remember how to relax?
...and how do we use this time to our advantage?
It is rare - and uncomfortable for many - for life to feel like it has paused.
I asked friends, family and followers on social media for their tips and ideas on what they are doing while staying home, and have compiled them all into this page. Feel free to email joanne@backpackerflipflops.com your additional tips and ideas, and share this page with your friends!

If you have a pet, snuggle with it. If you have a dog, get some fresh air and go for a longer walk. If you don't have a pet, ask a neighbor if you can spend a few minutes helping out with theirs.
It is something quiet to do, and at the end you feel like you accomplished something!

Start with the scariest catch-all areas - you have time! Set a goal to throw out at least 5 things per target area.
